But I agree with you on the other points. CAP will be more expensive and is dependent on CAP obtaining viable human hearts to mash up into Deramiocel.
And also, since CAP claims Deramiocel is an anti-inflammatory, if it works, it helps to validate anti-inflammatories as viable treatment pathway for DMD.
