BLack Oak have the resource and plant on their 3 mining leases in the area. All BCN has is the one exploration license in the area which I thought was a JV with Black Oak but last quarterly states BCN had purchased it from them - EL 57/961.
Nothing to say this couldn't eventuate, but currently all the resource and assets are Black Oak Minerals.
