rjb and danny as previously stated I was never confident a deal could be done with SGI, firms have been trying for over the last 6 years but this may be a blessing as IMO SGI will probably be worth $1 in 9 months time. There are high salaries with only $65k of vested interest amongst the BODs plus a gold loan to service with poor production performance to fund huge maintenance issues on an aging plant.
