This is simply process... if indeed published by the Council, it means it is REAL, as opposed to media talk. I am sure Cairn, having an office in Dakar, and WPL, would have been aware of this! Likewise Gogne Seye (Country Manager) ? Other in-country creditors of FARs would also do a backflip and call the Co...imo. Not to mention Petrosen!
Should not be difficult to call the Council to confirm either way... surely.
