It reminds me of PE with lots of speculation some very selective remarks from one or two that in the end had no basis. There is a legal document between the parties that will outline the process and jurisdiction and am sure when signing up all will be aware of the options that might be played by a disgruntled party. So lets wait and focus on fact - you have to laugh at the doc that started all this as it appears nothing more than the outcome of a good banquet - why is my memory is fading but "and whose registered office is at ......" in English not French!- legal doc I think not.
