I might have this wrong so I'm sure I will be corrected.
Are posters saying that if FAR handed over the 3D for DJ to acquire their 75% of the lease then might FAR as majority lease holder be up for 75% of the $15m asked for?
Surely that's not the reason FAR haven't handed the 3D over to meet the lease commitment.
If that's the case no wonder their partner in DJ is a bit upset.
