The farm-in option can be exercised by FAR at any time before 31 October 2016.
Did FAR exercise the option (any time before 31 October 2016)? This hasn't be unequivocally answered by FAR as far as I know. Either they di or didn't. If the option was allowed to lapse, then they are not involved in the permit. If they did exercise the option, then they are on the hook for a well.
Regarding the 3D, it has been acquired so FAR Si the obligation to Trace/Cap have been met. FAR may have no obligation to provide the 3D data to Trace/Cap or may not be able to. Trace/ Cap want the data (although they might not be entitled to it.
