The bit that always gets me is Far spent the money on the 3D shot over the permit.
We keep on hearing, as a running joke from our less than enthusiastic types, the best million ever spent!

I never heard that Far received any money from them?

Has it just been dressed up in fancy speak?
Are they really going to play the "Missed Opportunity " costs?

Apparently, as I've held Far for a while, I've had a bit of experience in the field
