While Cameroon certainly has its challenges, the Cameroon Govt have a pretty good track record of picking and sticking with companies that get granted licences. SDL stuffed up of their own doing some years ago but they still own all the licences and mining conventions originally granted to them by the Cameroon Govt from nearly a decade ago (and Cameroon Govt has extended these several times despite SDL being on life support for years). Cameroon realises it is now or never to get these world class deposits mined and bring much needed $$ into its economy. Check out the new port and infrastructure they are building.

I agree they are different- as I said in my post- just saying the Tolga hype last year in many stocks was way overdone.
