I have heard "on the grape vine" that the executive chairman and the CEO are (or were) in Europe taking to several of the major Pharmas.I would assume if this is the case thay did not go over there for a 'holiday'.I assume thay must have postive results and want to spread the good word.

As everyone knows they have an option with Nova however with their previous dealings with Nova I would hope that other Pharmas would also be prepared to talk and negoitate.

Only time will tell however it will be very interesting to see how Cbio, when they come up with an acceptable "term sheet" how they have negotiated the potential of Xtoll with Lupus and "other" numerous autoimnume and inflammatory diseases".

Dr Goran Ando seems to think that there is a potential significant benefit from Xtoll with the effects on Lupus - listen to his video back in 2009!!! as well as the release to the market late last year about the very favourable results from the animal studies using Xtoll on Lupus.From all the released and comments from the Executive Chairman he seems to have a great deal of respect and faith in Dr Ando and is greatly guided by him. ( Although this is a bit of a worry as we all know Dr Ando is on the borad of Nova and it could be seen as a "one sided term sheet"). Hopefully the term sheet the board releases needs finally approval from ALL shareholders!!!! not just the the major shareholders.

My personal view based on being a shareholder since 2004 and having dealings with the Exective Chairman/CEO and a number of directors/ex directors that the results are very favourable and all the major Pharmas are aware of the results.I only hope that senior management have the ability to negotiate a term sheet that reflects the full potential of xtoll - in other words they DO NOT SELL IT TOO CHEEPLY!!!!!!!!

If the stock does not open at least $1.00 - $1.25 when it come off the voluntary suspension obviously my story is completely wrong - however I doubt it.
