    Are you indicating that they have no money? Maybe Red Emperor can lend them some money. If the share price capitualtion continues then a capital raising at 3 cents is on the cards - this is seemingly the next support level. I do belive that they are a going concern but money will need to be raised or a script for debt offer may need to be brokered.
