Tell me the good reason the price is going up? Is it speculation or do you think the company has a good strategy? I know CDD very well and previously looked at acquiring them as part of another consortium.
It's an interesting comparison between ITG and CDD. ITG was spun off 12 months ago and in my view has better market share and a better business strategy. So the true value of CDD in my view should be lower than ITG.
The other spin of was their software business that they sold for around $50 Million AUD. That was only 4 years ago. That business was just on sold for $1 Billion.
