I just wanted to correct your statement. Cardno undertake work in areas including education, health, the environment and infrastructure development etc.. I believe their statement concerning 4000 staff relates to contract staff. Their main income is contract based and their workforce varies in relation to the extent of work won with one main basis of profit being margin on rates. They have good internal systems and receive substantial repeat work. There is reasonable upside to the stock at present with Covid rescinding and governments likely to invest in infrastructure projects as well as the need to address the huge damage done by Covid to global health and education systems.
