Is CDV undervalued?

i always try to get my head around....how valuable is CDV?
when you think about papilion resources and their Fekola project in a not so stable country, Mali in that case,
got bought out by B2 Gold for 570 million$ a couple of years ago with a similar POG and a resource of 5.15 million ounces. Now to CDV in stable Ghana with a resource of lets say minimum 6-7 million ounces on only one of their exiting projects with a MC of 230 million$....dont you think we are way undervalued? shouldn't we have a MC of at least 700 million$? is this the reason all the international institutional big investors buying up whatever they can?
is this the reason Archy got always a big smile on his face? hold on to your shares and options...the big move will come.
