There is a strong element of truth in the feelings expressed that the share price of HDR is somehow being strongly controlled. After all when a further apparently very large oil field is discovered which proves that oil is all over the place and a new oil province is now even more likely and the share price retraces so much it is as though NOTHING was found(!) then it is totally perplexing to say the least and there are serious questions that beg answers from HDR (WPL?) management. WHAT ARE THEY DOING AND WHY WHY WHY?
Based on the latest stock market experience no one could expect a good price increase given another oil find. It is almost as though the HDR price has reached its limit (at least until the 2003 drilling program starts again) One is therefore brought to ask do we tie up capital in a stock that is going nowhere (except probably downhill) in the next 12 months?
One cant help feeling bitterly disappointed.
For many of us that were badly financially damaged in the misleading (but technically correct) "Plugged and Abandoned" C1 ann. the HDR share owes us >$0.80. Now to be faced with obvious price manipulation is too much!

With a strong H.C. investor base surely something can be done. Any ideas?
P.S. My charts can now be believed the present price is sitting on a strong support line and shows no signs of heading north, indeed the Parabolic S&R (normally reiable) is saying "Go short!
