The point I was trying to getting across is that even with CF's first "water-tight offer", they somehow managed to sneak in an "escape clause" - so I am not entirely sure that this time would be any different and I am sure that management would not want to get burnt the second time.

I too have been following DML for quite a few years and do have faith in management. They have got us into production from scratch - sure there have been teething problems but which start-up mine doesn't have these?

The way I look at a CR is that if EVERYONE subscribes, then it is more of a "loan to the company" than a dilution of your shares - assuming that everything goes well and good profits are made down the line.

Whichever way you look at it, these are exciting times !!
