Whilst i do not subscribe to the T/O and capping theory I do have a questioon for those who do.

How long before they launch a bid if they are capping the price? Iis it imminent, months away, years away etc?

i ask this because there must be a time limit to which they can cap and one would assume that if TS is looking at selling marampa in the new year, you would have to think an offer would have to come even before they firm up the marampa resource.
