Don't know if it is happening to CFE but it IS happening.

For CFE it may just be Delong selling down but it does look like very clumsy trading if that is the case. You don't get top dollar for your shares by placing a massive sell order and gradually moving it down, you sell into depth - trading 101 IMO.
On the latest news this ran to 40c before this seller stepped in.
