    the talk about capping has been connected to Delong Holdings, but on the CFE website the top 20 shareholders, as of Sep 2 does not even show Delong. No 20 goes down to 2mill shares. now that is prolly less than the average daily volume over the last couple of weeks, so where is the Delong theory coming from? am I missing something?
