    Their problem will be how to extract all the money they have invested there already, without causing another financial collapse.


    Doubt China wants another financial collapse, so likely they will be reducing their investments very slowly, at least until enough investments elsewhere returning steady profits to make up for damage a collapse in the US will cause them.

    Same for the rest of us...


    China is likely to maintain their longer term approach to the economy, so they will be there for another decade... unless someone economically crazy starts running things.


    Big question is where will China's elsewhere be, for them to invest all the money they will need invest elsewhere...


    For China is it really worth investing more in Australia, or do Africa, South America, Eurasia look better....
