Localities such as deltas are already vulnerable to sea level change. They already flood regularly and that flooding will get more severe and more frequent as sea levels rise.

Hard to find much "future tense" there. Carefully constructed to sound as if it is happening now but could be defended as you did. Again I put it to you that sea levels are not rising dangerously so Opaline's bland statement has no basis in fact.
