Seden33, it sounds as if you are of the view that a little bit of flooding is good so a heap more flooding must be even better.

Doesn't follow. You can have too much of a good thing as the people in the photo would tell you.

Or maybe you think it's all or nothing - either no flooding at all or let most of the country go under water more and more often - and you'd go for the latter. That doesn't follow either, but the latter will probably be the case because, while they can try to mitigate the impact of climate change and rising sea levels, there's only so much they can do, given the country's geography and population.
