Seden cherry picked the picture and misinterpreted it. Localities such as deltas are already vulnerable to sea level change. They already flood regularly and that flooding will get more severe and more frequent as sea levels rise.
Rich countries like us can afford to turn our vulnerable deltas to national parks such as Kakadu. We can actually measure the seawater incursions into Kakadu. It kills the melaleucas. Perhaps they will be replaced by mangroves but we don't actually know. If the rate of sea level rise continues to increase, it may outpace mangrove establishment.

Crimes against humanity.

Holocaust denial is a crime in Deutschland. Has been for many decades so there is a precedent. It is very thought policeish. There are more intelligent ways to deal with the evils of climate change denialism (in my covert opinion brothers).
