There are none being built here and the existing ones are being shut down as fast as possible.
That reflects the direction of other countries with similar commercial and environmental intellect.

Coal is going away the same way as tobacco and asbestos, kicking and screaming, with the same poorer per capita populations being spared from the effects last.
