This post is not directed at you, IMO you make good points And at this stage I too am trying to see the good in this deal.....on a whole my thinking is different tho,
If I wanted to be a shareholder in that ipo wouldn't I just buy the shares in that ipo?
I don't see the value at all. Mey is being used to bankroll another company and their interests, not one single shareholder of mey signed up for this other than the directors and now with the sp so low that shareholders feel they can't sell at such huge losses, their backs are against the wall.
