There's not been an ipo yet,Texas & Oklahoma Coal Company Limited (�TOCC�),issued 28.75m shares @.06 to raise$1.725m($US)for seed capital, they're still a private company,they hope to list on ASX early 2012.At that time MEY shareholders would be offered priority to partake.MEY chipped in app $200k for a 6.4%stake.

As I'm still a shareholder I want to see a return,if they just stuck with uranium I don't think we'd see an improvement in the sp for 2yrs+(when megatons to megawatts comes to an end and when the new nuke power stations start to come on-line).And if the company did nothing we could see Areva or Hanlong or another party do a takeover @ a steal.

Ironically,in this era of climate change,coal is it.Just spend some time researching Ozzie coal explorers/producers and you will be surprised at the amount of activity out there.
MEY could have gone greefield---with all the cost of drilling etc,$$how much,how long,
they could t/o a junior: CCC market cap of $78m,or CEO market cap of $31m,XAM $86m,or what about the new ASX ipo,BAC$9M---bottom line is they ain't got the cash.
The problem with so many of these companies is that they lack basic infrastructure(eg one the explorers in Mongolia needs a 500km rail link one way or a 1000km rail link the other way.Go figure,you might as well be exploring on the moon.

Historically Texas and Oklahoma are coal producing regions(google for more info).MEY got in cheap,if TOCC can pull it off and as JY said "back it into MEY" later down the track then we may see the sp recover before the uranium bull market kicks in.
