the reason I ask is because I just read an article about foods that are supposed to be healthy, but are not
coconut was one of them..
I need a boost to my metabolism, been feeling very lethargic and tired lately...
ps I don't do tablets

Great article except for the coconut entry. A good example of how effective coconut can be in increasing metabolism occurred when people first began "battery" farming pigs. They fed them only coconut mulsh due to its extremely high fat content and yet the pigs ended up very lean and muscley. Research later proved the natural fats in coconut significantly boost metabolism. Eat coconut it's awesome!
