everytime he predicts a market downturn, the market goes up.
the market has be been up three times in a row recently and everytime twiggs has said it will go down.
I suppose if he keeps saying down he will get it right once.
I am getting to stage where if he says up I know it will go down. When he says down, it will go up.
At least he is consistently wrong and useful in that he can tell you what the market wont do.
