We would certainly have cause against the approach the company has taken if plv finds itself seeking capital from the market in the short term as we would certainly have missed an opportunity to minimize dilution - however, it is unclear what the company's approach is in the near term following this announcement ie. end drilling, reduced drilling program, capital preservation, focus on pre-feasibility report only. If the current financials are sufficient to get us to the point of formalizing this agreement then it would help the sp if the company comes out and says this directly or indirectly via some market update - however, the company is inconspicuously quiet lately so am not sure what to make of it ...
