excellent response Tony MD, non holder of PLV but I can say the info about the MOU and how they work are points to be remembered by all HC members as I've heard the same old naive compliants recently on one of my stocks.

The lack of commercial understanding of how these work, and I will add, especially with the Japanese needs to be understood more in general.
