I just realised that half of my previous post, wasn't there. I can't understand why this is happening, but I am always having problems with the laptop.
As for ringing Tony, thanks for the advice. I have spoken to him in the past and I found him to be very helpfull indeed.
My ideas, and what I posted and went missing in my previous post, were just the same as for the comments you made on your last paragrapgh. Having and MD/CEO openly discussing issues, (within limitations of course), is not something that is available with every other company, and should be treasured, not attacked.
The problem is, although I am quite sure that it meant no harm, that we all have to suffer the consequences of his suspension/resignations.
As to whether or not he will reconsider his position I really don't know, but somehow, I very much doubt it.
