I think you are right in that the announcement last week about the JTC presented outwardly as being 'vague'. However, be mindful in your criticism that announcements like that last week are almost certainly subject to review by all parties and not just PLV. The lack of information is frustrating, but not surprising. There's a lot at stake. To promote PLV too strongly at this stage might ultimately destroy value by compromising the business relationships being developed. Softly, softly....
