I guess if you think breaking the law is immoral then I guess it is.
Surprising to see people actually can rationalise the theft along the lines of "if they cant prevent it well tuff luck"
Sort of like having someone break into your house and becasue you cant repel them theyre not only entitlde to thieve from you but hell - almost their right!!
Symptomatic of our modern society.
Copying for own use ie backup is ok. For anyone else use - just accept you ARE breaking the law.
