Corrigan despises TOL. He is great mates with Geoff Dixon and a much more ruthless operator (which is saying something) and they both sit on the board of the old PBL empire.
Dixon is building his own logistics model and would be sounding out Corrigan for all he is worth. QAN own StarTrack and Aus Air Express in a JV with Aus Post and have a niche (a proven operator given a govt run agency);however at the end of the day, TOL has its tentacles on the Australian logistics landscape. A lot of resources (cash/time/IT/labour) would need to be poured to dent their position on a marginal basis. I just cant see it happening.
