Can anyone tell me whether they think Cosmo Gold is trading while insolvent, given they have a debt of $1.5m hanging over their heads and no foreseeable income on the horizon.
Also, do they have a current Mining Entry Permit that allows them to drill up at Cosmo Newberry.
This is a question I want to put on notice at their upcoming December AGM.
I urge all other shareholders to do the same thing, let's get some transparency going so we can all find out where we are heading, if anywhere.
I will be notifying ASIC & the ASX about my concerns with Cosmo Gold and Adelong Gold
