Regarding the $1.44M loan to Cosmo, it appears likely that the ADG / Cosmo directors will continue kicking the loan repayment obligations down the road every 6 months & further increase the loan amount to keep Cosmo alive (as they've done for the past 3.5 years). There was some mention on page 20 in the Cosmo FY23 annual report that "...part or all of the outstanding fees due to related party's may be converted to equity on an arm's basis in order to preserve the Company's cash resources".
We might find out sometime during 2024 if Cosmo Gold's Nov'23 term sheet for an attempted back-door listing on the ASX was successful, or terminated.
