Automic seems to be a share registry, but I'm not sure I'd call them an exchange.
it seems as though Cosmo is now "listed", and ADG shareholders are receiving a distribution.
I'm not sure if this represents Cosmo's debt, or portion of? And is being "paid" back to Adelong/ADG shareholders?
