"7. Future of the Company
The directors have indicated it is their intention to propose a deed of company arrangement. The basis of the proposed strategy is to maintain the Company’s mining operations on a care and maintenance status with a view to recapitalising the Company’s operations and recommencing production.

The Administrators are reviewing the feasibility of such a strategy and completing an investigation into the Company’s affairs with a view to formulating a recommendation to the creditors with respect to the future of the Company."
