I think that you are spot on.
Clearly the placement has not been fully subscribed, hence the extension of the closing date. Whislt I have immense respect for the technical acument of the ENT team, what do they expect in the absence of active drilling programmes. Drilling finds mines. Everything else is indirect.
Pleae Dermot start drilling some of your excellent proejcts instead of just talking about them.
