While most of the fellow board members already count their chickens here, a bear scenario becomes more likely:
Due to the discussed political situation in Malaysia Lynas can not rely on an operational license before the next general elections are over. This can be 2013 with production start not possible before 2014.
It is Curtis responsability to take this scenario into account. The question I would like to discuss: is he doing that?
Can he gamble "all in" on a license at this time?
If not, he will work on plan B: building the LAMP somewhere else at a location that is safer for everybody.
