Yes significantly undervalued for its potential........if considered in the last 40 years valuations and business environment.

however until it actually makes Money , it will always be undervalued.

The issue then becomes , how much the business environment changes before it starts to actually produce and how fast the business environment changes after it does start to produce.

The world is heading away from oil .........how fast is the question. As it does Oil Price will have more downside then upside. Fact is there is PLENTY of oil , if the usage drops significantly , the oil producing nations will fight for share. Price downside is inevitable in a shrinking market demand.

Look at electric cars.......the speed of the battery/alternative energy technology

It is not a matter of IF , it is a matter of how fast and when.

CVN needs to get to production ASAP to realise its potential before downside valuations are factored in.Clearly the upside valuations are not being factored in at the moment for good reason.
