I would expect CVN to have hedged their forward sales, and the spikes in the OP would not eventuate in additional sales.
These forwards do expire and need to be renegotiated however, so eventually a high OP should work its way through to the bottom line.
Let's hope for some positive newsflow in the short term re production and drilling.
