USA DOW is down today probably pull this back but if it goes green would indicate a good short term buy opportunity.
I dont know if all infrastructure is in place seems to me they would need an agreement for wharf access-ship loader but not really in the know about that.

With the market cap getting so high I would think there must be some other small iron ore plays in the area as alternatives to this and WPG
