"Trading at a premium to its NPV"? What NPV are you using? The NPV from the 2021 year DFS, at $US750ish/t for spodueme?, or at the current price of $US3000/t (to match the current share price)? What spodueme price you using 2-5 years out?What NPV value you using?, or is this just a off the cuff statement with no fact? Something similiar to "you dont know what you are talking about"?
