3 years of asking ASX to explain why Dave hasn't been prosecuted. Mistakes / errors or lies? Doesnt matter, Dave has mislead investors. Many times.
ASX escalated matters division are investigating Dave for malfeasance. Reference number is (CAS-92015-T9B5P9). Please all "shareholders" should contact asx quoting this number and explain how you have been mislead. DM's lies dismissed as "errors". A CEO that has made stuff up to buy himself time and subsequently burnt shareholders to the tune of $100Milion!
Misleading and deceptive conduct is a crime. Intended or not. Time for Dave to be held accountable.
