Definitely the OHM situation in my opinion was so wrong but that happened years ago.

The rest you can't really get him for he was just a king salesman.

The scenario of continuously pumping the OHM business when in reality it was doing near to nothing was one of the most horrendous misleading things I have seen. While the SP was flying to 40c on the pumping from the CEO it was really a pathetic business model and business.

I think the sales of shares from him at 20c was also in knowledge that the SP was going to drop as he knew the OHM business was dead all in my opinion.

Like I said he did buy himself time by overpaying for LIFX by like millions to save his skin in my opinion. Very smart move to move SH to LIFX and away from OHM.

I think he will get away with it as the OHM situation happened yrs ago.

Best case scenario is they ban him from becoming a ceo on a listed company.

I can't believe people gave that guy 30k to keep BUD listed what a waste of funds.

Very smart move buying time i wonder what he is up to in the background, definitely something.
