ASX isn't responsible just the SH that did it.

ASX can't do nothing anyway as DM is no longer involved in the company on paper. Pulling strings behind the scenes yes but involved no.
As DP ect said he has full support still from a strong group of SH.
Who knows what is happening behind the scenes but wouldn't surprise if a left ball move is made to get him back in at some point earning a wage.
It was stated that enough money was received to pay the bills. It was stated by others that paying the bills is better than letting it die, I doubt it.
My take is he has a plan and this scenario isn't done yet.
