I really don't see it as a takeover target. I think other businesses will be waiting for it to go under then, like RCR, pick off the good jobs and leave the rest. An accommodation village in Gladstone has zero intrinsic value. And the cash can disappear very quickly when a construction business with a poor understanding of risk gets into trouble. Again, RCR is an example.

As for Thorney, they could have sold out back when the stock was near $4 but they've held on for 40 cents so what they do here shouldn't be seen as a guide.

As for whether there is any value in management, I think the fact that the business appears to be in its 11th hour and yet the CEO's job appears safe as houses says all that needs to be said. The share price is actually lower now than when he took over the reigns 10 years ago!!!
