it would be in Delroy´s social engineering project doomed to fail
despite of money spend in lobbying and major lobbyist Jussi Lähde.
Lähde is a key person who would be getting plenty of Performance Rights.

It was very bad vote in DCX. Apparently "Rusty" Delroy called the biggest holders.

The message was, that there are environmental problems with Kuusamo mine?
But these are workable.

And he knows, that social and environmental issues are not workable.

According current revised version of the mining law, a land plan by the city is required.
There is an old mine district markings on the land plan, but these are not enough for a mine,
and even the outdating mining right is legally heavily contested.

The Greater Duchess would be quite likely mined but not Juomasuo or "K camp" of Latitude.
