It is up to you, whatever you like.
The deal is very stupid on DCX side with a resource which can not be mined.
It would be like selling foreigners a mine in Great Barrier Reef or Uluru.
1000 km2 of greenfield exploration license applications, which cannot be hold or explored,
should be considered as a childishly stupid scam attempt.
I understand that also DCX shareholder acceptance would needed and you can also vote.
ASX and ASIC would deserve some whining.
Delroy may have power in Capricorn and some other investors, but Capricorn has
only 10% (or possibly less, if sold based on insider information).
Capricorn and Delroy/Nero Resource Fund would show
corruption and act against interest of shareholders if they would vote for this.
It would be up to rest 90% to decide, whether they love Delroy so much that
they would give up their property.
Delroy may be smart but he is not the rainmaker. He has been lucky with one or a couple of companies
like Capricorn.
Kuusamo shows that he is mortal and can make huge mistakes even with his own and friends money.
And when it comes to his own money he would be ready to abuse the property of his customer shareholders.
